I am a bead jewellery designer maker, I have been making beaded jewellery for more than twenty five years now.

It all started with a kit to make six pairs of earrings and I still get as excited about making jewellery today as I did then.

I use a variety of beads including semi precious beads, freshwater pearls and a variety of glass beads. I will also happily re-use beads from items of jewellery found in charity shops and on occasions I have been known to make my own beads, recycling or re purposing unwanted materials - please see my Eco-aware jewellery in my shop.

Much of my work nowadays involves knitting needles or crochet hooks as you will discover when you visit my shop.

I am constantly exploring new ways to incorporate these beads into new designs and as a result my designs sometimes move into slightly more "off the wall" beaded items, including my beaded wall art and decorations.
